FAQs

  • Currently, I hold my classes at either The Gathering Place at CLDI on the South Side of Billings, or Poly’s Place Coffee located midtown. Please note the location of each class when registering. Private group classes and private lessons can be facilitated at other locations upon request/scheduling availability.

  • Learn everything you knead to know to bake sourdough at home! Two hours of step-by-step tutorials, Q+A and so much more. Leave with your own sourdough starer, proofing basket, bread lame, bench scraper, my recipes, and a loaf of sourdough (that you shaped!) to bake at home the next day. Be prepared to enjoy sourdough appetizers throughout the night.

  • Registration is $125/person at a public class. Private group classes are the same price per seat as long as there are 8+ people. Private lessons are $300/2-hours of teaching and include all of the sourdough tools + recipes included in a public class seat.

  • Due to the limited spots available in each public class, any cancellations made seven (7) days or less from the class date will not receive a refund. If a cancellation needs to be made eight (8) or more days in advance, a full refund will be issued without question.

  • "Baked my first sourdough loaf under the guidance of As Much As You Knead. If you're able to take her class, do! She is knowledgable, passionate, hilarious, adn such a dynamic teacher. I could listen to her all day. She also offers private classes - how fun would that be for a girls' night or bridal/baby shower? Thank you, Amanda! You are an absolute gem."
